My Progress pic this week. I haven’t done Cardio for a couple of weeks, but managed to do my old weight splits where each body part gets it own day. I’m hoping To maintain this (with added cardio) until at least Feb as I’m now officially bulking. My split looks someting like the below - 

Mon – Legs
Tues – Chest (Lunchtime HIIT cardio)
Weds – Rest
Thurs – Shoulders (Lunchtime HIIT cardio)
Fri – Back
Sat – Arms
Sun – Rest

I might move my cardio sessions around but we will see!
